About this course
The Department of Political Science and International Relations aims to raise a qualified workforce endowed with theoretical and practical field-specific knowledge which is supported by contemporary and technological resources. With this purpose, it prepares students for long-term development in their endeavors using equipping them with knowledge of scientific research, critical approach, and theoretical framework. Our goal is to train graduates who acquire knowledge of the discipline, have academic skills, think critically about the world around them and acquire communication skills.
Graduates from the Department of Political Science and International Relations can be employed as diplomats, consultants, auditors, experts, and managers in both the public and private sectors. Ministries, under-secretariats, embassies as well as international organizations, think tanks and research centers, foreign trade firms, banks, touristic firms, and foreign news services of media are examples of occupations in which our graduated students could take place. Besides, students who seek to pursue academic studies can enroll in master and doctorate programs according to their interests and competencies.
